With some Specific direction from my friend, and some of my own tweaks, this turned out to be irresistible to its new owner. Congratulations!

Often a customer comes in with a handfull of rings, and says “I want to take all these, and make a ring just like that one” It’s rare when the stones in their rings combine to be able to pull it off, but sometimes, just sometimes, it works.

The customer wanted a broach to both fit her large blue topaz oval, and match a beautiful pink tormaline ring that she already owned. I like where its headed and will post finished shots when it gets to that point.
